Shipping Policy

All in stock items are shipped within 1 business day. Pre-order items are expected to ship on ETA date - however, please note that it is an estimate and ETAs are subject to change without notice. You will not be charged for pre-ordered items until it is ready to ship. You may cancel pre-orders any time before shipping occurs.

Shipping Rates

Your shipping rate depends on the size and weight of your package. The shipping fee is billed to the receiver and is added to the order AFTER checkout. It is common wholesale practice to bill the receiver without advance notice. However, if you'd like to be notified before you are charged, please contact us after you place the order.

Hand Delivery

We hand deliver to any cargo company located in the LA Fashion District, including but not limited to:

Hand delivery is available to any store located in the LA Fashion District and Santee Alley.
